Italian Steamed Artichokes
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Round steak; cut into strips
1 tb Oil
1/2 lb Bulk pork sausage
1 cn (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 ts Italian seasoning mix
3/4 c Apple juice
1/4 c Each chopped red bell
-peppers; onion
Cooked hot buttered noodles
Parmesan cheese

Brown steak in oil and remove. Crumble sausage into small pieces and brown. Remove and drain well. Add tomato sauce, juice, onions, peppers and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add meats to skillet. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over hot buttered noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
