Italian Bean Soup
INGREDIENTS:
3 -(up to)
4 c Red beans (or your choice of
-cooked beans)
1 c Chopped tomato
3/4 c Frozen peas
1/2 ts Italian seasoning
1 c Fat free baking mix
1/4 c Fat free mayo
1 c Skim milk
1/2 c Fat free egg substitute
1 c Fat free Mozarella; shredded

Preheat oven to 400. Pam spray 9" pie plate. Stir together beans, tomatoe, peas, italian seasoning; spread in plate. Cut mayo into baking mix, add milk and egg substitute; pour into plate. Bake 25 min until knife stuck in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese and bake a few more minutes.
