Italian Angel Food
INGREDIENTS:
Vanilla ice cream
1 oz Frangelico (Italian liqueur)
1 oz Amaretta (Italian liqueur)
1 oz Vodka
Whipped cream
Long-stemmed cocktail glass
Vanilla ice cream
1 oz Frangelico (Italian liqueur)
1 oz Amaretta (Italian liqueur)
1 oz Vodka

Long-stemmed cocktail glass
Using a blender, combine 2 or 3 scoops vanilla ice cream, Frangelico, Amaretta & vodka. Blend at high speed 10 seconds. Pour into a 6-oz cocktail glass, decorate top with whipped cream & a cherry, and serve with a straw. Delicious.
