Ice Box Ginger Muffins


INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Graham crackers
1 lb Dates
1 pk Marshmallows
1 c Nutmeats
1 Jar maraschino cherries
1 c Carnation milk; whipped
Roll crackers to crumble and cut marshmallows in while stirring to coat. Add cherries, nuts and dates. Then add whipped milk. If too thick or too dry, add cherry juice. Pack in the cracker box with waxed paper. Let set 1 week in the refrigerator before eating.
