Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
INGREDIENTS:
3 Onions; finely chopped, up

3 Jalapeno chopped; up to 4
8 Garlic cloves; minced
1 c Coffee; (strong and just
-black)
1 c Worcestershire Sauce
1 c Ketchup; Heinz is best
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Apple cidar vinegar
1/4 c Chili powder; (get a good
-kind!)
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper

Combine all and boil, and reduce heat to a simmer for 30 minutes, stirring every now and again. Puree (if you like) , and serve at room temp or warm.
Leftovers sauce can be kept refridged for 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
