Honeyed Onions with Currants - Martha Stewart Living
INGREDIENTS:
2 Parts honey
1 Part ginger; thinly sliced
-OR- 1 part garlic; thinly

Heat honey to a boil and pour over the thinly sliced ginger or garlic.
