Honey-Date Bars *Low-Fat*


INGREDIENTS:

2 ts Vegetable oil
1 tb Flour
2 ts Curry powder
1 ts Salt
1 c Low fat milk
6 tb Honey
In small saucepan, heat oil. Add flour, curry powder and salt; cook and stir over medium heat 1 minute. Stir in milk and honey until mixture is smooth; cook and stir until thickened. Serve over steamed vegetables or mix vegetables with sauce and use as a topping for baked potatoes.
