Homemade Sloppy Joes - Butter Busters^


INGREDIENTS:

3 lb Fresh ground white meat 1 ea Pk dried onion soup mix
-turkey, without skin 1/4 c (to1/2) BBQ sauce
3/4 c Peeled, grated zucchini 8 ea Sl Kraft or Borden fatfree
2 cn (8oz) sliced mushrooms, -cheese
-chopped finely, rinsed and 8 ea Wonder fatfree buns
-drained
Combine the turkey, zucchini, mushrooms and onion soup mix in a bowl. Form into paties. Place patties in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before cooking. Grill outside on outdoor or on a Jen-Aire (we ALL have one of these, don't we????) grill inside for best results. Baste patties with BBQ sauce while cooking. cook about 5-7 minutes on each side. Place a slice of fatfree cheese on each patty for the last minute of cooking time. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and any other garnish you desire. If using mayonnaise, be sure and use the Kraft fatfree variety. Per serving: 325 cal., 2.5g fat (7%), 104mg chol., 3g fiber., 52g pro., 18g carb., 749mg sod.
