Homemade Hot Wings
INGREDIENTS:
5 lb Unbleached flour -- or
All-purpose
1 1/4 c Sugar
4 ts Salt
1 c Nonfat dry milk -- instant

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together to distribute evenly. Put in a large airtight container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6-8 months.
Makes about 22 c Homemade Hot Roll Mix.
Whole Wheat Hot Roll Mix Variation: Use 9 c of whole-wheat flour and 8 c of unbleached flour; decrease sugar to 1 c . Substitute packed brown sugar for graunulated, if desired. Use within a week if stored in a cool dry place, as whole grain flours ca
