Ground Beef with Hoisin and Ginger


INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Ground beef
1 md Onion; chopped
1/4 c Oil
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Pepper
1 cn (4-oz) mushrooms; and juice
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1/4 cn Water
1 c Sour cream
3 c Cooked rice
Cook onion & meat in oil until brown. Stir in salt, garlic powder, pepper & mushrooms. Cook & stir. Blend together soup & water & add to mixture. Cook about 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream & heat thoroughly. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
