Grilled Steak with Blueberry Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 c White wine vinegar
1/3 c Water
2 tb Soy sauce -- or tamari
1 lg Onion -- sliced
2 Cloves garlic -- crushed
1/4 ts Pepper -- or to taste
1 1/2 lb Porterhouse steak
1/4 c Blue cheese, crumbled -- or
To taste

Combine vinegar, water, soy sauce, onion, garlic & pepper. Score steak lightly on both sides & marinate, covered in refrigerator, several hours or overnight.
Grill steak on one side for 5 -
7 minutes. Turn & top carefully with crumbled blue cheese. Cover & grill another 5 -
7 minutes or until desired doneness.
