RARE.......5 MIN. BONELESS, STEAKS MEDIUM.....6 MIN. TEMPERED WELL DONE..7 MIN. : OVEN TEMPERATURE TIME BEEF, STIP LOIN, CONVENTIONAL OVEN 450 TO 500 F. RARE.......18 MIN.
