Grilled Chicken Nachos
INGREDIENTS:
---garlic-fresh oregano

1/4 c Olive oil
1/2 c Coarsely chopped garlic
1/2 c Fresh oregano leaves,
-coarsely chopped
1 tb Sherry vinegar
2 tb Lime juice
1 tb Honey
2 ts Ancho powder
2 Chickens, quartered
1 c Grilled pepper and black
-olive relish, marinade, see

Combine all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined in a mixing bowl. Marinate chicken for 1 hour. Prepare a wood or charcoal grill and let it burn
down to embers.
Grill chicken for 4 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with the relish spooned over it.
