Glazed Chicken Drumsticks
INGREDIENTS:
-Blue Cheese Sauce 1 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Plain nonfat yogurt 1 tb Vinegar
2 tb Mayonnaise or salad 1 To 2 teaspoons red pepper
-dressing -sauce
2 tb Finely crumbled blue cheese 1/4 ts Salt
-(1 ounce) 12 Chicken drumsticks (about 2
1/2 ts Celery seed -pounds)

Prepare Blue Cheese Sauce. Mix oil, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in glass or plastic bowl or heavy plastic bag Add chicken drumsticks; toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least I hour.
Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with non stick cooking spray. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan. Broil chicken about 6 inches from heat 20 minutes; turn chicken. Broil 15 to 20 minutes longer or until done. Serve with Blue Cheese Sauce.

Blue Cheese Sauce
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate I hour.
