Glazed Carrots for a Crowd (Taste of Home)
INGREDIENTS:
3 c Sliced carrots
2 tb Butter or margarine
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Grated orange peel
1 ts Salt
3 c Sliced carrots

1 ts Salt
Cook carrots in unsalted water to cover until barely tender. Drain. Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet. Stir in sugar, orange peel, salt and cooked carrots. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until carrots are glazed; about 20 minutes. Serves 4.
