German-Style Hasenpfeffer
INGREDIENTS:
1 Egg yolk 1 tb Chopped garlic
1/3 c Red wine vinegar 1 c Olive oil
1 tb Sugar Salt and pepper to taste

1. Combine egg yolk, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and salt in the food processor. Process briefly.
2. With motor running, dribble in olive oil.
3. Taste, correct seasoning if necessary, and store.
