German-Style Dinner
INGREDIENTS:
1 lg Onion; finely chopped -- cut into thin strips
1 Garlic clove; minced 2 tb Light molasses
4 cn (16 oz) vegetarian beans, 1 tb Light brown sugar; packed
-- low-sodium w/sauce 1 1/2 tb Apple cider vinegar
-- or regulr vegetarian 1 ts Powdered mustard
2/3 c Ketchup 1 ts Dried thyme
1/2 c Long-grain rice; uncooked 1/4 ts Ground cloves
1 pk (6 oz) canadian bacon 1/8 ts Ground ginger
