German Lentil Soup
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb Liver; ground
1 Medium onion; minced
2 tb Butter
1/4 lb Raw spinach
2 Eggs; well beaten
2 tb Parsley; chopped
1 tb Flour
1/2 lb Liver; ground

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into small balls. Drop into boiling soup and cook for 5 minutes.
