German Cole Slaw


INGREDIENTS:

1 lg Head cabbage; shredded
1 lg Bell pepper; chopped
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 c Sugar
1 c Vinegar
1 c Vegetable oil
1 tb Salt
Celery seed
Mustard seed
Cover first 3 ingredients with sugar & stir. Meanwhile, heat to boiling the vinegar, oil & salt. Add to taste celery & mustard seed, about 1 teaspoon each. Pour over slaw & let stand 4 hours.
