Garlic Pur?e
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz Sesame seeds 1 ts Asafoetida
1/2 c Copra 4 ts Oil
-grated or shredded Salt
10 Dried red chilies
4 oz Sesame seeds 1 ts Asafoetida
1/2 c Copra 4 ts Oil
-grated or shredded Salt
10 Dried red chilies
Fry sesame seeds, copra, chilies and asafoetida in oil for a few minutes until lightly browned. Grind to a coarse powder, adding salt to taste. Store in an airtight container. Serve with rice and gee.
