Garden Sangria [A]
INGREDIENTS:
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Lemon juice
1 1/2 tb Mayonnaise
2/3 c Grated carrots
1/4 c Minced green pepper
1/4 c Minced onion
1/4 c Chopped cucumber
1/4 c Chopped celery
Bread
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Lemon juice
1 1/2 tb Mayonnaise
2/3 c Grated carrots
1/4 c Minced green pepper
1/4 c Minced onion
1/4 c Chopped cucumber
1/4 c Chopped celery
Bread
Combine cream cheese, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Beat until fluffy. Fold vegetables into cheese mixture and chill for several hours or overnight. Spread on bread. Yield: 2 cups filling.
