Funnel Cake 2


INGREDIENTS:

1 1/3 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Soda
2 tb Sugar
3/4 tb Baking powder
1 Egg; beaten
2/3 c Milk (or more)
Powdered sugar for topping
Sift together dry ingredients. In another bowl mix egg & milk & add dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Hold finger over bottom of a funnel. Pour in some batter. Remove finger & let batter drop in a spiral motion into pan filled with 1 inch of hot oil (375 degrees). Fry until golden brown, turning once. Remove from pan & drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar & serve hot.
