Fruit Sweet and Sugar Free - Southern Style Buttermilk Bi


INGREDIENTS:

2 lb Red potatoes, small, washed 1/4 lb Butter
Salt 1 cl Garlic, minced
Water 3 tb Parsley, chopped
Peel a small strip around the middle of each potato. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain. Melt butter in a saucepan. Saute garlic briefly. Toss hot potatoes in butter and garlic; sprinkle generously with chopped parsley. Serve hot. Submitted
