Fruit Sorbet
INGREDIENTS:
1 Bannana
1/2 c Apple juice
1/2 c Grape juice

5 Strawberries
1 Handful blueberries
4 ts Powdered spirulina
-(blue-green algae)

As long as everyone is giving their recepies for fruit smoothies I thought I'd add mine. Just blend it all up and drink. The spirulina turns the shake a sort of sludge green color, but it tastes great. It is a favorite breakfast of mine.
