Fruit Smoothie


INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Honey
1 ts Vanilla
1 ds Nutmeg
2 md Bananas; peeled
1 c Plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 ts Cinnamon
In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth . Add up to five ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth.
