Fruit Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
4 Pork chops -- smoked
1/2 ts Sage -- ground
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Raisins -- seedless
1 sm Apple, tart -- cored &
Sliced
1 tb Flour -- all-purpose
1/4 c Fruit juice -- or water
1 1/2 ts Vinegar -- cider
2 tb Sugar, brown -- firmly
Packed

Grill chops over hot coals 10 minutes. Place on heavy-duty aluminum foil; sprinkle with sage, satl, and pepper. Top with raisins and apple; set aside.
Combine flour and water; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Stir in vinegar and brown sugar; pour over chops. Seal securely. Return to grill for 30 minutes or until tender.
