Fruit Pizza
INGREDIENTS:

2 Pillsbury sugar cookie dough

--- Cream cheese Filling:

8 oz Cream cheese
1/3 c Granulated sugar
1 ts Vanilla extract
--- Fruit Layer: ---
Any assortment of fruit
--- Glaze: ---
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Orange juice
2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Granulated sugar
1 tb Cornstarch

2 Pillsbury sugar cookie dough

8 oz Cream cheese

1/2 c Water
1/2 c Orange juice
2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Granulated sugar
1 tb Cornstarch
Preheat oven to 350?F.
Grease a large pizza pan; flatten cookie dough on pan. Dust with flour if necessary. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool.
Beat cream cheese filling till smooth; spread on cooled crust.
Place the fruit in concentric circles on the dough. Place in fridge while making glaze.
Combine glaze ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil for one m inutes. Let cool. When the glaze has cooled, spread over the fruit. Store pizza in the fridge. One pizzza makes 16 to 20 servings.
