"Fried" Fish Fillets
INGREDIENTS:
1 ts Grated gingerroot 9 oz (to 10) salmon or halibut
1 tb Dry sherry -steak with bone
1 tb Reduced sodium soy sauce 4 Green onions, with green
2 tb Water -tops, diced
1 1/2 ts Apple juice concentrate 4 Or 5 snow peas
1 ts Grated gingerroot 9 oz (to 10) salmon or halibut

1 tb Reduced sodium soy sauce 4 Green onions, with green
2 tb Water -tops, diced
1 1/2 ts Apple juice concentrate 4 Or 5 snow peas
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix gingerroot, sherry, soy sauce, water and apple juice in a small bowl for sauce; set aside. Spray a baking dish with Pam. Place fish in dish. Combine sauce, green onions and snow peas; pour over fish. Cover and nake 20-25 minutes until fish turns opague. Remove sauce from pan; set aside. Broil fish 3-4 minutes until crispy. Pour sauce over fish. Serve with rice. Makes 2 servings.
