Fried Chicken with Beer
INGREDIENTS:
4 lg Chicken breasts, cut in
-strips
1/2 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste

Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix flour, salt and pepper together. Coat chicken strips in sour cream and then in flour. Fry chicken strips until golden. Serve with mashed potatoes and Cream Gravy. Serves 4.
