Fresh Peach Cobbler - Butter Busters^
INGREDIENTS:
1 c Flour -filling, any flaovr
1 c Sugar 1 ea Pk Sweet 'n Low if using
OR -lite
1/2 c Sugar 1 t Almond extract, if using
AND -lite
6 ea Pk Sweet 'n Low 2 t Sugar
1 t Baking powder OR
3/4 c Evaporated skim milk 1 ea Pk Sweet 'n Low
1/4 t Salt, optional MIXED WITH
1 ea Pk DRY Butter buds mix 1 t Cinnamon
1 cn (21oz) regular or lite pie
1 c Flour -filling, any flaovr

1 cn (21oz) regular or lite pie
Pour pie filling int a square casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk. Sprinkle Butter buds on top of fruit. Pour batter mix on too of fruit. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of the batter. Bake at 350F. 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with nonfat frozen yogurt or Dream Whip.
