French Onion Soup
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c Celery 1/4 ts Turmeric
2 tb Onion 1/8 ts Cumin
1 Garlic clove; minced Salt & pepper to taste
1 tb Butter 4 oz Fish; cooked
1/4 c Nuts; chopped 1/2 c Rice; cooked
1/2 c Celery 1/4 ts Turmeric
2 tb Onion 1/8 ts Cumin
1 Garlic clove; minced Salt & pepper to taste
1 tb Butter 4 oz Fish; cooked
1/4 c Nuts; chopped 1/2 c Rice; cooked
Saute celery, onion and garlic in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
