Fluffy Strawberry Dessert for Diabetics
INGREDIENTS:
2 pk (10 oz) frozen sweetened
-strawberries; thawed
2 1/2 c Miniature marshmallows
1 c Chopped pecans
1 c Whipping cream
1 ts Vanilla

In a bowl, combine the strawberries, marshmallows and pecas. In a mixing bowl, beat cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form; fold into strawberry mixture. Spoon into dessert dishes.
