Flank Steak with Black Beans and Rice
INGREDIENTS:
Flank Steak
Good Quality Mustard
Dill Pickles.

Cut a flank steak into strips about an inch wide. Cut on the bias. Slather each strip with a good mustard and roll it up around a piece of dill pickle. Broil until just pink. And remind your family to take the toothpick out before they eat it. :)
