Flank Steak Pinwheels
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 c Soy sauce
3 tb Honey
1 ts Garlic
1 ts Ginger
3/4 c Oil
1/4 c Soy sauce

Whisk together until thickened and well blended. Pour over flank steak and pierce steak all over on both sides. Marinade steak for 12 to 24 hours. Barbeque for a total of 8 to 10 minutes. To serve, slice thinly across the grain.
