Flank Steak


INGREDIENTS:

1 tb Salad oil
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Sugar
2 tb Dry sherry or dry white wine
1 ts Ground ginger
1 Clove garlic; minced
1/2 ts Accent
Bacon strips
2 lb Flank steak (scored)
Score steak on both sides. Roll up, grain lengthwise. Slice 1-inch thick. Wrap bacon around steak, use toothpicks to secure. Marinate in sauce in cooking pan for 12-24 hours. Cook 7 minutes on each side on barbecue grill.
