Five-Spice Shiitake Chicken Saut?
INGREDIENTS:
5 Skinned, boneless chicken 1 Bottle chunky salsa
-breasts 1/2 c Water
1 t Salt 1/2 t Oregano
1/2 t Garlic powder 1/4 c Instant minced onion
5 T Sharp cheddar cheese, -Pam cooking spray
-grated

Brown chicken breasts quickly, in 2 sprays of Pam. Set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour over chicken placed in single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 400 degrees covered for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 20 minutes more. 206 calories serving. Submitted
