Filled Apple Dumplings - Butter Busters^
INGREDIENTS:
4 ea Bananas 6 ea Tb (to 8) brown sugar
1 ea Or 2 lemons, juice of OR
6 ea Tb liquid Butter buds 1/4 c Brown sugar
Cinnamon to taste AND
3 ea Tb light rum 1 t Sweet 'n Low Brown
1 1/2 qt Nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt 1/4 c Banana liqueur
2 ea Tb Grape Nuts

1 1/2 qt Nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt 1/4 c Banana liqueur
2 ea Tb Grape Nuts
Slice bananas in half lengthwise; cut into 4" lengths. Brush with lemon juice. Blend Butter Buds, brown sugar, and liqueur in skillet. Add bananas. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, turning once. Place in serving dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat rum to lukewarm in saucepan. Pour over bananas; ignite. Spoon over frozen yogurt. Sprinkle Grape Nuts over top if desired.
