Fettucine Alfredo
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 Stick butter
3/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 c Milk

whisk and cook over low flame until hot and creamy. About 15 minutes. Toss with hot pasta. Sometimes I marinate a chicken breast in italian dressing the night before and throw it in the broiler as I start the sauce, both are done in about 15 minutes. Great with a tossed salad and bakery bread.
