Favorite Tuna Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
4 c Hot Sweet Potatoes; mashed
1/2 Margarine
1/4 c Orange Juice
1/2 ts Salt
Miniature Marshmallows

1/4 c Orange Juice

Miniature Marshmallows
Combine hot mashed potatoes, margarine , orange juice and salt. Whip in one cup miniature marshmallows. Place in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350? for 20 minutes. Top with additional marshmallows. Return to oven until marshmallows are lightly browned.
