Fat-Free Thousand Island Dressing


INGREDIENTS:

1 Sliced banana
1/2 c Chunky homemade applesauce
-(from this list--I also
-warmed the applesauce for
-30 sec. in microwave)
1/4 c Fat-free granola (I used
-Health Valley)
Raisins
Date


Layer banana, applesauce and granola in a tall glass. Sprinkle with raisins and top with a date.

Be creative--use other ingredients, too or substitute! Especially to the newcomers to this list, the point is to enjoy our chosen life style and not feel "cheated" because we don't eat what so many others eat--there are so many better alternatives, as has been proven by this wonderful list!
