Fat-Free Potato Salad
INGREDIENTS:

6 lg Red potates scrubbed
1/2 c Fat free mayo (your choice.
-I prefer fat free miracle
-whip its a bit tangy)
1/2 c Fat free sour cream
2 -(up to)
3 Stalks celery; chopped
1 sm Sweet onion; chopped
2 -(up to)
3 tb Dill seed or you can use
-dill weed to taste if you
-prefer

Cut the potatoes into chunks and boil until tender. Drain and cool. Mix all the other ingredients with the potato salad. This tastes best if you let it sit in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. (I prefer over night)
