Fat-Free Hot Fudge Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1 Eggplant (aubergine)
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Turmeric
Powdered (or fresh) ginger
-to taste
Hot pepper powder of your
-choice to taste (the
-original recipe called for
-Cayenne; but i've also used
-Jalapeno)
1/4 c Water or broth for
-"sauteing"; about

Hurley Braden asked for some really cool fat-free hot hot hot recipes. How's this one: Cut the eggplant into bite sized pieces. Shake it in a plastic bag with the spices until the eggplant is coated with the spices. "Saute" in the water or broth until soft (about 10 minutes).
