Fat-Free Carrot Cake
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz Fat-free cream cheese,
-softened
1/4 c Fat-free caramel ice cream
-topping
3/4 c Light brown sugar
1 ts Vanilla
Granny smith apples are best
-for the dip

Mix cream cheese, caramel topping, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
