INGREDIENTS:
3 md Zuchinni; (up to 4)
1 pt Whipping cream; UNwhipped
1 c Grated FRESH Parmesan
-Cheese; (up to 1-1/2)
3 md Zuchinni; (up to 4)

-Cheese; (up to 1-1/2)
Cut the zuchinni into wedges the size of "Steak Fries" french fries (like pickle spear size...). Plunk them into a shallow, oven baking dish.
Pour the UNwhipped cream all over. Then sprinkle the fresh, grated Parmesan on top. Bake at 325 for one hour.
The sweetness of the cream combines with the saltiness of the Parmesan to form the most delicisous "custard"around the zuchinni. It is HEAVEN! Zuchinni haters even LOVE this!
I always get asked for the recipe! Always! It goes well with beef, pork, chicken, fish or turkey. Great for potlucks.
