Egg Nog


INGREDIENTS:

1 md Egg; beaten
1/4 c Canned mushrooms; chopped
1 ds Hot sauce; or to taste
1 ts Onion flakes; dried,
-crumbled
1 ts Parsley flakes
1/4 ts Paprika; or to taste


In a bowl combine egg, mushrooms, hot sauce, onion flakes and parsley. Pour into a preheated non-stick skillet. Bring mixture quickly together with spatula towards center before egg is completely set. Sprinkle top with paprika. Turn and cook top side. Serve hot.
