Egg Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS:
1 cn (14-oz) nonfat sweetened
-condensed milk; chilled
1 3/4 c Skim milk; or light soy/rice
-milk
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 cn (14-oz) nonfat sweetened
-condensed milk; chilled
1 3/4 c Skim milk; or light soy/rice
-milk
2 ts Vanilla extract
Note: I have not tried this, but am assuming that we can use our fatfree sweetened condensed milk and either skim milk or light soy/rice milk. Please let me know if anyone tries it and it works!
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into ice cream maker and follow directions for ice cream. For an Orange Smoothie, substitute 1.75 cups orange juice for the milk.
