Easy Tuna Fish Roll-Ups*
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Ground beef -(16 oz.)
1/2 c Chopped onion 1 t Dried oregano
2 cn Italian stewed tomatoes (14 1 t Salt
-1/2 oz. ea.) 1/4 t Pepper
2 cn Beef broth (10 1/2 oz. ea.) 1 c Uncooked medium egg noodles
1 cn Mixed Vegetables, drained

In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, broth, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil; add noodles.
