Easy Red Beans and Rice
INGREDIENTS:
4 cn Small red beans
1 1/2 lg Onions; chopped
5 Cloves garlic; minced
2 tb Olive oil
1 cn Chopped tomatoes (tomatoes
-and green chilies if you
-want it extra hot)
5 -(up to)
10 Splashes louisiana hot sauce
2 ts Creole seasoning
1 lb Sausage (andouille; a Cajun
-sausage; if you can find
-it)
Hot cooked white rice

Hot cooked white rice
Saute onions and garlic in oil until onions are clear. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 30 to 45 minutes to let the flavors blend. Serve in bowls over rice.
