Easy Mexican Chicken and Rice
INGREDIENTS:
1 lg Onion; diced
1 pk (6-oz) corn chips
1 cn (16-oz) pork and beans
1 cn (15-oz) chili
1/2 cn Hot water
3/4 lb Sliced cheese
1 lg Onion; diced
1 pk (6-oz) corn chips
1 cn (16-oz) pork and beans

1/2 cn Hot water
3/4 lb Sliced cheese
Place onions and corn chips in 2-quart casserole. Add beans, chili and water; put cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
