Eastern North Carolina Pulled Pork
INGREDIENTS:
1 md Head of cabbage
1 1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/3 c Mustard
3/4 c Sweet pickle cubes
2 tb Apple cider vinegar
1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Celery seed
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Black pepper
1 md Head of cabbage

1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Celery seed
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Black pepper
Remove outer leaves and core from cabbage. Cut head in half and grate fine. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, add cabbage, and mix thoroughly. Chill for one hour before serving.
